Facts reuse Simple Affiliate FAQs, vs pages, and Shopify Collabs as a first-party tool. Confirm current rates on App Store listings before buying.
1
Simple Affiliate CSV import
Eligible paid Shopify plans that pass store-age safeguards
CSV import can bring affiliate records in instead of typing every row. It is not available on every store: paid Shopify plan plus store-age and app-subscription safeguards apply. Treat it as a data migration, not an automatic conversion of every old tracking rule. Test sign-in, links, and codes before announcing a cutover.
Pricing. Included on Simple Affiliate when the store qualifies. Subscription still applies.
2
Start from scratch
Redesigning commissions, groups, or links
Recreate the roster, groups, links, and codes in Simple Affiliate, then invite affiliates to sign in with Shopify customer accounts. Use this when import is blocked or you want new program rules.
Pricing. Starter $0 to test a small roster; Basic $19+ for unlimited affiliates.
3
Stay on your current app
Cutover cost is higher than the benefit
Keep UpPromote, GoAffPro, ReferralCandy, or Social Snowball when marketplace, MLM, refer-a-friend, or post-purchase conversion is still the job. Migration is optional.
Pricing. Continue that vendor’s published subscription and any sales percentage.
4
Shopify Collabs
Creator marketplace relationships — keep them
Collabs relationships are not something these pages tell you to migrate off of. Keep Collabs. Simple Affiliate is for an owned roster beside Collabs, not a replacement.
Pricing. Included with Shopify.
