This Privacy Policy explains how SA Inc. ("Simple Affiliate", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use the Simple Affiliate app, related websites, and support services.

1 - Scope and roles
For merchant account data we generally act as a controller. For customer and affiliate data processed through a merchant's use of Simple Affiliate, we generally act as a processor on the merchant's behalf.
2 - Personal information we process
- Merchant account and store information (domain, contact email, plan, billing).
- Affiliate profile data (name, email, payout account details, tax forms).
- Referral and order attribution data (order ids, amounts, tracking metadata).
- Technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and service diagnostics.
3 - How we use personal information
We use it to provide tracking, dashboards, Autopay, tax forms, support, billing, security, and legally required reporting.
4 - Third parties
We share data with service providers that help run the product, including Shopify, Amazon Web Services, Stripe (Autopay), and email infrastructure. We may disclose information when required by law.
5 - International transfers and retention
We and our subprocessors may process information in Canada, the United States, and other locations where providers operate. We retain data as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
6 - Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. Merchants can email support@simple-affiliate.com. End-customer requests should go to the merchant first; we support Shopify GDPR webhooks for customer data requests and redaction.
