How long is the free trial, and are there support fees?

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Starter is free with no trial because there is no subscription charge.

There are no separate support fees. Live chat support is included; Enterprise adds priority support. Recurring and Autopay usage charges are billed in USD every 30 days through Shopify billing.
