Can I set commissions per product or collection?

Yes on Pro and above. You set a default commission, then override it for specific products, variants, or collections so lower-margin items do not pay the same rate as hero products.

Affiliates can also be segmented into groups or tiers with different commission rules. There is no cap on how many affiliates you can onboard on Basic and above.
